Dear Music Lovers,

Our 81st season is now underway, with a move of venue ahead.
Our March concert, featuring G & S Opera Sydney with a spectacular selection of excerpts from various G & S Operettas, was an evening of pure joy ! Everyone left with a smile and a spring in their steps.
As our venue for the past 32 years is soon to be demolished, we have now moved our beautiful Kawai grand piano to our new venue at St Andrew’s Uniting Church, 47A Kenneth Street, Longueville.
It is fitting that we will now hold concerts in this church as this is where Rev Louis Blanchard, our founding President first raised the idea of a Music Club for the Lane Cove District, 82 years ago.
Our first concert in our new venue on Tuesday 12 May will present Andrew Rumsey, piano and Myee Clohessy, violin with a programme entitled “A Journey Through the Present”. This will be an enchanting and reflective programme, focussing on current Australian composers, with a few international composers in the mix.
On Tuesday 23 June, The Baker Boys – Elijah, Gabriel and Isaac will present a joyful showcase of trumpet, tuba and trombone brilliance as well as highlights for organ and piano. From soaring trumpet melodies to the rich depths of the tuba and the expressive voice of the trombone, The Baker Boys will share their love of music and reveal the unique bond that only brothers in harmony can create.

Information about concerts 4, 5 and 6 of our 2026 season may be found on the Current Season page of our website.
