Dear Music Lovers,

As we complete our 80th Anniversary year we look back on a very well attended and very much enjoyed season of 6 quite different concerts. We started with four international superstars, Simon Tedeschi and George Washingmachine, followed by Jane Rutter and Louise Johnson.
Our winter concert with the famed Acacia Quartet included some compositions by modern Australian composers. The August concert was a popular return visit by the accomplished woodwind quintet, Windfall.
Our fifth concert was our annual link with Sydney Eisteddfod with the 10 best instrumentalists aged 13-15, selected from the 2025 Sydney Eisteddfod events and our final concert was The Macquarie Singers presenting an impressive and vibrant concert accompanied by the Macquarie Chamber Orchestra.
As we move on to our 2026 season there will be a change in venue when the Anglican Church in Lane Cove is demolished for development in May 2026. Our final concert in the church will be our opening concert on 10 March 2026 featuring G & S Opera Sydney with a spectacular selection of excerpts from various G & S Operettas…an evening of pure joy !

Our 2026 season programme has been finalised and a summary may be found on the Next Season page of our website.
